Tasting commentary
This Dauphin d’Olivier white 2022 is adorned with a light yellow colour with brilliant green hues. One the nose, aromas of toasted nuts give way to pear compote. Smooth and ample on the palate, the elegant character of this wines continues through the long hazelnut and candied orange finish.
