All the tasks during the green period are hand-made (disbudding, thinning out the leaves). Responsible use of phytosanitary products in an environmental protection approach, in combination with biocontrol products. Grass cover and mechanical tillage. Manual harvest in crates. Inventory of agroecological infrastructure. Efficient mechanization to significantly reduce carbon footprint. Engaged in an environmental management system and HVE4 Certified since 2023.

Vinification
Temperature controlled stainless steel vats of 68hl and 20hl or 40hl wooden casks. Selecting by gravity and densiometric sorting. 28 days of vatting time, Pumping over, Pigeage and Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.

Owner's words
The 2023 vintage stands out for its exceptional aromas. The nose is complex and incredibly marked by fresh, ripe and bright fruit. The palate is rich and juicy. The freshness keeps the fruit bright throughout the tasting. The finish is long and saline.
