Owner's words
The first nose is dominated by red fruit. With swirling, notes of spice add complexity and depth to this fruit, which remains dominant and bright. On the palate, the attack is full and silky. The mid-palate is fresh, balanced and juicy. The finish is long and salivating, recalling the salinity of the limestone plateau. Fruity notes then fill the palate.
