Vinification
Harvested and sorted by hand, then densimetrically sorted in the cellar. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in wooden and stainless steel vats for 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
Maturing / Ageing : 18 to 24 months - 100% new barrels

Château Valandraud 2023 will be a generous wine. As in 2022 and 2020, the acidity is remarkable, finely balancing the sweetness and tannic density that are the hallmarks of all our great vintages.
