Bordeaux red color, deep and shiny. This Tour de By 2023 is marked by a lot of deliciousness from the first nose. Intense aromas of blue and red fruits intertwine. The notes of blueberries and raspberries are revealed by stirring, the complexity appears in the glass with light spicy notes. A hint of mint brings a very appreciable freshness, highlighted by a perfectly blended woodiness. The freshness is found in the attack then the tannic structure gradually imposes itself with a powerful and silky structure at the same time. Beautiful sweetness and very good balance until the end of the palate with a very pleasant persistence of red fruit aromas. A very fine vintage for Château La Tour de By which will be appreciated from an early age for lovers of gourmet wines. Aging in the cellar will make it gain complexity in the years to come and it can be expected for up to 15 to 20 years.
