Oak, stainless steel and concrete vats. Soft extractions, traditional pumping over. 20 day maceration.
Maturing / Ageing : Bordeaux barrels. 60% new and 40% 1 year old. For 14 to 16 months.

A compelling alliance of concentrated ripe fruits and precise, persistant structure characterizes Château du Tertre 2023. The generosity of the Merlot (15%) combines harmoniously with the power, freshness and precision of the Cabernet Sauvignon (70%). Faithful to the property's style, the Cabernet Franc (11%), from 60 year old vines, completes the blend with elegance and finesse. A final touch of Petit-Verdot (4%) brings structure and colour resulting in a definitively balanced wine.
