Alcoholic fermentation in barrels (15% of which are new).
Maturing / Ageing : In oak barrels on fine lees, with regular stirring of the lees.
Owner's words
A lovely pale straw colour with green highlights. On the nose, aromas of white fruit (peach) mingle with delicate notes of white flowers (lilac). The delicate attack quickly develops into a fine, fairly dense body on the palate thanks to the Semillon grape variety, which makes up the majority of the blend. Freshness and harmony of aromas carry through to the long finish of this very elegant Château Rahoul.
