Owner's words
The fine momentum of 2022 continued into 2023, marking the start of a cycle marked by precision and balance. Two winter episodes ensured ideal dormancy. The early budburst at the end of March launched the year with energy. A mild, rainy spring accompanied a controlled biological itinerary. Rapid, even flowering in early June heralded a promising harvest. The sunny, bright summer accelerated ripening of the berries, while preserving their aromatic expression. Harvesting began on September 6, underlining the elegant precociousness of this vintage. In the cellar, long vatting periods refine the tannins and reveal the typicity of this vintage. “2023 is an atypical and original vintage, with a gourmet wine that is both juicy and crisply fruity, offering fine tannic density and exemplary length in conjunction with remarkable freshness.” Sophie Mage, Winemaker
