Owner's words
2023 vintage is a true winemaker's vintage! We worked intensely to adapt to the extreme climatic conditions: cold, rain, high heat, storms, but to finish on a positive note with a beautiful Indian summer during our October harvest. Château Fourcas Hosten 2023, certified organic, is characterized by a very beautiful concentration with a strong coloring intensity and very silky tannins. The nose is very expressive with notes of red and black fruits thanks to the 15% amphora aging. The attack on the palate is intense and the tannins are very elegant thanks to our gentle extraction methods and our selection of barrels. The very long and fresh finish confirms the characteristics of our terroir.
