Owner's words
The first wine of Picque Caillou red 2021 is dominated by the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Petit Verdot which bring structure, freshness and color. These two grape varieties took advantage of a dry and sunny weather in October to complete their maturity process. The Petit Verdot has been picked on October 18th under the sun.
