Owner's words
Winegrowing is a school of humility and rigor, subject to the whims of the climate and the laws of nature. Each new vintage is a challenge, a ne adventure to be approached with cuation but also with enthusiasm and confidence. Under these particular climatic conditions, Château Le Bon Pasteur 2021 is a dynamic, incredibly aromatic wine with a silky fruitiness from a Merlot and a Cabernet Franc that have kept all their freshness. The palate is vibrant and fresh. The attack is soft, carried by a generous Merlot. The perfectly integrated tannins caress the palate with their silky texture. The finish is remarkably long, precise and pure. The freshness makes no concession to the harmony and unctuousness.
