Wooden, concrete and stainless steel vats. Gentle extraction, traditional pumping-over. Maceration for twenty days.

Owner's words
Château du Tertre 2024, a reflection of our finest terroirs, is the result of a rigorous selection of our best plots. The nose is beautifully complex, with aromas of ripe black fruit, smoky notes and cocoa. The palate is straight, dense and sustained by a remarkably long tension. The greatness of the Cabernet Sauvignon offers purity of fruit and freshness, supported by hints of licorice. Delicacy and elegance of tannic structure are also the hallmarks of this blend, in which each grape variety has its own influence.
