 Tasting Commentary
The first nose is floral. The rose with a hundred petals meets the blackberry and gets excited by its fruit, letting glimpse the depth of the vintage. Both adorned with thorns, they hide something wild, then round off in greedy notes. The aroma continues to intensify as it aerates. The fruits are red, tinged with a hint of licorice. The mouth is fleshy, of a nice grain, nourishing with skill the density of the wine. It engages the finish to a calcareous, slightly saline and especially very persistent texture. Mesmerizing.
