Owner's words
The wine has a very pale colour with subtle green hues. The delicate and complex nose reveals vibrant citrus notes, smoky hints typical of Sémillon, and exotic notes of mango. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and flavourful, with a lovely tension provided by the salinity and citrus character of the Sauvignon Blanc. Flavours of peach and apricot enrich this palette, offering an elegant balance between freshness, richness and aromatic depth.
