Owner's words
 
Pale yellow in color, with a beautiful brilliance and silvery highlights. Very expressive, blending fresh citrus (lemon, grapefruit), exotic fruits, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is lively, with plenty of minerality and creaminess, as well as a refreshing hint of salinity.
