The intense and precise nose reveals notes of ripe black fruit, liquorice, spices and delicate floral notes. The use of our indigenous yeasts from each plot allows for the truest expression of the vintage. The perfectly controlled palate opens with delicacy and unfolds to reveal powdery, fine-grained tannins supported by a full-bodied and harmonious structure. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested at full ripeness from our great clay-gravel terroirs, bring freshness, balance and length to the blend. The 2025 vintage is a precise wine that faithfully and unmistakably embodies the signature style of Château Phélan Ségur.
