Tasting commentary

Deep red with garnet highlights, the wine reveals fine, elegant aromas of blueberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by subtle hints of cedar and pepper. The smoothness and precision, combined with the racy, structured tannins, give this wine a great deal of complexity. The dense, fleshy texture, the hallmark of great Cabernet Sauvignon, is enhanced by a lovely burst of fruit. The freshness lingers, enhanced by hints of cocoa bean and liquorice.
