Owner's words
The nose is marked by notes of vine flowers, gunflint, and roasted aromas of botrytis and dried fig. The attack on the palate is full and generous, with a lovely bitterness and a freshness that perfectly balances the liqueur.  The finish is delicate, with notes of white flowers, concluding with the signature of this Grand Cru – ginger.  A wine combining freshness, balance, power and minerality.
