Vinification
Plotted in small temperature-controlled concrete vats, gravity-filled, regular punching down, long maceration (4 to 5 weeks). 15% whole bunches on average for Merlot. 

Owner's words
The nose reveals a lot of brightness, with notes of crushed black fruit and slightly candied licorice. The palate is full and powerful without being aggressive. We find the same aromatic range as on the nose.
