"A brilliant, golden yellow hue. The first nose reveals an intense fruitiness, with notes of pink grapefruit, clementine, pineapple, and passion fruit. Upon swirling, the aromatic profile evolves with hints of thyme and herbes de Provence, complemented by an elegant smoky touch. On the palate, the acidity beautifully balances the richness and density of the vintage. The finish is marked by a spicy, zesty character that will support this outstanding wine over time."
