Owner's words
Château Talbot 2023 displays a deep purple hue. On the nose, black fruits – blackberry and blackcurrant – intertwine with nuances of cocoa, juicy plums, freshly ground coffee, menthol freshness, and fine oak (cedar, vanilla). The palate is dense and fleshy on the attack, supported by a fine, powdery tannic structure and balanced by a mouthwatering acidity. Flavors unfold into black cherry, violet, subtle pepper, and graphite, enhanced by a hint of mocha and licorice on a long, energetic finish. The whole is precise, vibrant, and refined, embodying the power and elegance typical of Talbot’s terroir!
