Vinification
Low-temperature skin maceration for 24 to 72 hours. 15% of the volume is vinified and aged in new barrels (Sauvignon-Gris) and the balance in stainless steel tanks.
Short ageing period: 7-8 months in barrels, the remainder in stainless steel tanks.

Owner's words
Crystal-clear, pale yellow with green highlights, with aromas of grapefruit, rosewater and lychee, accompanied by hints of thiol.  On the palate, this vintage is quite fresh, with a fine acid structure and great aromatic complexity.
