Vinification
Small 80-hectolitre truncated-cone vats, made of wood, concrete or stainless steel. The grapes, harvested relatively early in 2025, are strikingly vibrant: small, rich in sugar, colour and aromas. In the winery, we continue to work delicately: gentle extraction; once the density reaches 1020, no further mechanical extraction is carried out, but slow maceration at low temperatures is used to bring out the wine’s character without harshness. For certain Cabernet Francs, we are exploring fruitier approaches inspired by carbonic maceration, thereby enhancing the aromatic complexity.
14 to 16 months in French oak barrels, 45% of which are new.

Owner's words
The 2025 vintage embodies a contemporary style: elegant, silky and deep, characterised by rich flavours and a lovely length. The fruit comes through vividly, whilst the texture is refined and velvety. The alcohol content, around 12.5%, contributes to this sense of balance. The tannins are ripe and refined, the colour is deep, and the finish lingers with a fresh, juicy quality that draws out the wine.
