Owner's words
The primary viticultural challenge of the 2025 vintage was to preserve the freshness of our grapes as much as possible amidst scorching heatwaves. Consequently, canopy management and soil cultivation proved far more strategic than pest control.  Once again, we had to adapt to severe climatological constraints to ensure a high-quality harvest.  Subsequently, in the cellar, our work on this premium fruit was measured and parsimonious. Extractions were conducted very gently on a generous raw material, which naturally provided deep color, aromatic power, flesh, and silky tannins.
